About the Role
Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating workplace injury management, return to work and WHS initiatives across the business. You’ll be the go-to person for injured workers, managers and consultants ensuring best practice while promoting a proactive, safety-first culture.
Key Focus Areas
- Manage workplace injuries and develop tailored RTW plans.
- Liaise with WorkCover agents, consultants and health professionals.
- Coach and support managers in injury management and WHS processes.
- Deliver and create toolbox talks, inductions and safety training.
- Conduct audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in WHS and injury/RTW coordination.
- Cert IV in WHS and/or RTW accreditation (highly regarded).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
- A proactive, practical approach with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Current driver’s licence and own car (mileage reimbursed).
