About the Role

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating workplace injury management, return to work and WHS initiatives across the business. You’ll be the go-to person for injured workers, managers and consultants ensuring best practice while promoting a proactive, safety-first culture.

Key Focus Areas

  • Manage workplace injuries and develop tailored RTW plans.
  • Liaise with WorkCover agents, consultants and health professionals.
  • Coach and support managers in injury management and WHS processes.
  • Deliver and create toolbox talks, inductions and safety training.
  • Conduct audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in WHS and injury/RTW coordination.
  • Cert IV in WHS and/or RTW accreditation (highly regarded).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
  • A proactive, practical approach with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Current driver’s licence and own car (mileage reimbursed).
