Built on genuine relationships and a natural ability to connect with people, she quickly learnt that the best outcomes come from truly understanding what matters to others. At Arrow Group, Jen brings warmth, energy and authenticity into every interaction. She takes the time to listen, understand the bigger picture and ensure both clients and candidates feel supported throughout the entire journey. For Jen, recruitment has always been about people first. Outside of work, you’ll often find her in the kitchen cooking for family and friends. She loves bringing people together something that naturally reflects the way she approaches both business and relationships every day.
