In active growth mode, they are seeking an energetic and dynamic State Manager to drive success in the New South Wales market.
With a focus on both operational and commercial functions, your role will be central to the success of the NSW team and will include:
- Providing strategic direction and operational support to the existing branch
- Taking full ownership and functional responsibility for the P&L performance across NSW including contract negotiation
- Identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Be instrumental in the identification of new opportunities
- Participate in senior management and strategy meetings, providing expert analysis and recommendations on market trends and competitor activity
- Mentoring and developing high performing teams through positive leadership and best practice management strategies.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will:
- Be passionate about driving success through active leadership and developing high performing teams
- Demonstrate sound commercial acumen and expertise in negotiating contracts in a highly competitive environment
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire, guide and mentor
- Be seeking a challenging and hands-on role combining both commercial and operational responsibilities
- Ideally, hold tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline.
