The Role

If you’re a marketer who wants to own strategy, not just execute it, this is one of those rare opportunities. This role sits at the centre of commercial impact where marketing isn’t a support function, it’s a growth driver.

You’ll take ownership of national aftermarket programs and service marketing, with a clear mandate: create demand, shift perception and drive revenue. You won’t inherit a rigid structure or legacy campaigns. Instead, you’ll have the space to build shaping how the brand shows up across dealers, installers and end users, and creating programs that actually move the needle.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is end-to-end marketing strategy through to execution with real accountability.

You’ll:

  • Develop and lead the aftermarket and service marketing strategy
  • Build campaigns that create genuine market pull (not just awareness)
  • Design commercial frameworks across pricing, promotions and value-add initiatives
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure marketing directly drives revenue outcomes
  • Bring national campaigns, product launches and in-market activity to life
  • Create programs that increase dealer and installer engagement
  • Use data, insights and performance metrics to continuously refine approach
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, product and operational teams
  • Engage agencies and partners where it adds value
