About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination of service operations while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and coordinating service jobs and allocating work to technicians
- Managing customer orders, enquiries and service documentation
- Maintaining and updating client and service databases
- Processing purchase orders and invoices with a high level of accuracy
- Liaising with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery
- Providing professional communication via phone, email and written correspondence
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven administration experience, ideally within a technical, mechanical or service-based environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Excellent customer service skills and confidence liaising with customers via phone, email and in person
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using ERP systems and quality management systems (highly regarded)
