About The Role…

We are looking for a motivated and organised professional Sales Manager to work as part of a vibrant and energetic team. 

Who will be responsible for:

  • Achievement of Sales and Gross Profit budgets by servicing existing and new customers 
  • Conduct on-site assessments of potential customers with a focus on education and benefits.
  • Responsible for preparing and finalising sales contracts.
  • Present Solar products to customers in a structured and professional manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring CRM is accurate and current.
  • Have a thorough and concise prospecting plan for new business
  • Ensure all leads are followed up in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a strong liaison between customers and suppliers

About You…

  • Be commercially astute with excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide insights
  • Are driven by the desire to innovate and never accept the status quo
  • Be passionate about creating unique solutions to satisfy customer needs
  • Ideally have min.5 years wholesale / commercial experience within the solar industry
  • Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed sales budgets.
  • Track record in developing sustainable long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong & effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Developed time management skills.
