The Opportunity
This is not your typical Product Manager role.
We’ve partnered with a growing, commercially driven business that’s ready to take real ownership of its spares and accessories function and they’re looking for someone to lead it.
This is a newly created role, designed to bring structure, strategy and commercial thinking to an area that has a direct impact on revenue, margin and customer experience.
If you enjoy connecting the dots between product, pricing, supply chain and sales THIS one has your name on it.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership across the entire lifecycle of parts and accessories, including:
- Driving product strategy, pricing and market alignment
- Managing end-of-life planning and proactive stock movement
- Identifying opportunities for SKU rationalisation and product bundling
- Working closely with suppliers to improve packaging and presentation (retail-ready, customer-first)
- Partnering with Sales to ensure strong aftermarket performance and sell-through
- Analysing market trends, competitor pricing and customer behaviour
- Collaborating across Product, Supply Chain, Inventory and Service teams
What Success Looks Like
- Stock is moving not sitting
- Pricing is sharp, competitive and commercially sound
- SKUs are simplified and purposeful
- Products arrive ready to sell, not needing rework
- Dealers and customers have a seamless experience
About You

You’ll bring experience from:
- Automotive aftermarket, retail, parts or accessories
- Retail / consumer goods (with exposure to packaging & pricing)
- Product or category management
You’re someone who:
- Thinks in margin, value and market positioning
- Enjoys solving problems and improving systems
- Can influence across teams and bring people on the journey
- Is comfortable working both strategically and hands-on
Why This Role?
- Newly created role and a real opportunity to shape it
- Strong business with clear growth trajectory
