About the opportunity

This is not a “keep things ticking” operations role. It’s a chance to take ownership of a national warehousing and logistics function, bring structure where it’s needed and elevate performance across the board.

You’ll sit at the centre of the operation connecting warehouses, 3PL providers, transport partners and internal teams ensuring the right product is in the right place, at the right time… every time. What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead end-to-end operations across warehousing and logistics with a strong focus on performance, efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee warehouses and 3PL providers nationally
  • Drive Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) and manage stock visibility end-to-end
  • Lead stocktakes, cycle counts and resolve discrepancies proactively
  • Manage interstate transfers and optimise stock positioning
  • Select and manage transport providers across local and interstate networks
  • Monitor and improve DIFOT performance and freight costs
  • Partner with customers on delivery requirements and service expectations
  • Lead labour planning, productivity and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Resolve operational issues and customer challenges quickly and commercially
  • Champion continuous improvement across warehousing and distribution
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and EH&S standards

  • Strong understanding of inventory, transport and distribution best practice

  • Data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Hands-on when needed, but always thinking ahead
