We have partnered with a growing organisation seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to support the rollout, maintenance and ongoing stabilisation of systems across multiple locations. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working closely with operational teams to ensure continuity, minimise disruption and improve overall system performance.
About the Role
You will act as the primary IT support resource across sites in NSW, QLD and a small Auckland team, supporting the integration of systems, infrastructure and devices during a key transition period.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on support
- Troubleshooting hardware, operating system and application issues
- Supporting the rollout of IT equipment including laptops, printers and network devices
- Assisting with the transition of legacy systems to more secure and standardised environments
- Working closely with site teams and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT support or systems support roles
- Strong troubleshooting capability across hardware, OS and applications
- Experience working in operational or technical environments (e.g. laboratory, manufacturing, field-based IT) will be highly regarded
- The ability to work autonomously across multiple locations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
