We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Internal Sales superstar to fuel the growth of a growing business. This role is pivotal in expanding a warm client base, increasing retention and maximising revenue through high-volume, phone-based sales activities.
Your role will Include:
- Driving growth and expanding reach in the Queensland market.
- Conducting high-volume phone-based activities aimed at expanding a client base.
- Engaging with new clients to foster strong relationships.
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers and services.
- Setting clear goals and diligently following through.
This position is ideal for someone who:
- Has excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships with key decision makers and other stakeholders
- Is passionate about internal sales with at least 2-3 years’ experience
- Has drive, commitment and the ability to work independently to smash personal sales and profit margin targets
- Has at least intermediate level proficiency in MS Office software
- Is looking for a long term and rewarding career in a successful company.
