Our client is a well-established global organisation operating within the RV, automotive and commercial vehicle sector. Due to continued growth and market opportunity, they are seeking an experienced OEM Sales Manager to lead their OEM division across ANZ.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and genuinely enjoys building relationships, developing people and driving commercial outcomes.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for leading and developing the OEM sales function while driving market growth, customer engagement and long-term commercial partnerships.

You will play a key role in:

  • Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing OEM sales team
  • Building strategic sales plans focused on sustainable growth and market share
  • Developing strong OEM relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships and growth channels
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements and commercial outcomes
  • Driving forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility and sales predictability
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, product and supply chain teams
  • Championing customer engagement initiatives, product launches and industry events
  • Using data and market insights to refine strategy and improve performance

About You

You are a commercially astute sales leader who understands the OEM landscape and knows how to navigate complex customer relationships.

You bring:

  • Extensive experience within RV, automotive or commercial vehicle OEM environments
  • Proven success leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
  • Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience building strategic pipelines and growth opportunities
  • A leadership style that is engaging, empowering and hands-on
  • Strong forecasting, planning and CRM capability
  • The ability to align strategy with execution and deliver results

Most importantly, you know how to build trust (internally and externally) and you lead by example.
