Are you a senior sales leader with deep experience in FMCG contract manufacturing? Do you understand the value of growing brand partnerships, not just chasing volume?

With long-standing relationships with iconic consumer brands, they’re now seeking a Head of Sales to drive strategic growth, build deeper commercial value and lead a sales team.

About the Role

As Head of Sales, you’ll take full ownership of the commercial function focusing on the extension of brand portfolios and strengthening existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading national sales strategy across the business
  • Building long-term, value-rich relationships with major consumer brands
  • Identifying product extension and innovation opportunities within existing accounts
  • Managing complex contract negotiations, pricing models and margin structures
  • Providing strong financial oversight, including cost of goods analysis and forecasting
  • Mentoring and leading a capable team of Account Managers
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Production, Engineering and QA

What We’re Looking For

  • This is a high-performance role suited to a commercially sharp, strategically minded sales leader.
  • Proven experience in contract manufacturing
  • Deep understanding of the FMCG sector: consumer products, brand strategy and market trends
  • Commercial acumen; strong grasp of costings, pricing and margins
  • Success in negotiating complex B2B contracts
  • Experience leading and inspiring high-performing sales teams
  • A customer-first, partnership-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • A relevant degree in Business, Sales or related field will be highly regarded.
