What You’ll Do

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a bold commercial strategy to grow the company’s footprint in contract manufacturing. This is a dynamic, end-to-end leadership role where you will:

  • Drive growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across diverse markets and industries.
  • Foster long-term, strategic relationships with key clients, bringing real value as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes aligned with commercial targets and a customer-first approach.
  • Own commercial performance, managing budgets, forecasts, pricing, and sales pipelines to deliver revenue goals.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers and Sales professionals, driving accountability, coaching for growth, and cultivating a high-achievement culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Quality and Production to bring ideas to life — from concept to shelf.
  • Champion a solutions-focused sales approach, deeply understanding brand needs and manufacturing capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in a senior sales or commercial leadership role within contract or third-party manufacturing
  • Strong background in complex B2B contract negotiations, pricing strategies and costings
  • Experience working with branded consumer products and understanding how brand partnerships thrive
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams, build sales systems and drive performance
  • Commercially sharp with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution style
  • A natural communicator and relationship builder who earns trust quickly
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales or equivalent industry experience preferred
