Our client has a business built on innovation, quality and a genuine passion for performance. They are now seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their leadership team and take ownership of the finance function while driving strategic impact across the business.
About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will oversee the full financial operations of the business, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting and commercial insight that supports informed decision-making.
You will lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis while partnering closely with senior leaders across sales, operations and supply chain. This role goes beyond the numbers — it’s about influencing strategy, improving systems and ensuring financial discipline supports business growth.
You will also play a key role in the ongoing ERP implementation, ensuring financial processes, controls and reporting frameworks are aligned, efficient and scalable.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance and statutory obligations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Provide commercial insights to support pricing, tenders and strategic initiatives
• Evaluate acquisitions, capital expenditure and investment opportunities
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management
• Partner with operational leaders to improve margins and performance
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, reporting and ERP processes
• Lead and mentor finance team members while fostering a high-performance culture

Your strengths will include:
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Business Partner
• Strong financial management, reporting and compliance expertise
• Commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience leading or contributing to ERP/system implementations
