Our client is a leading player in the textile industry, a business built on innovation, quality and a shared love of performance. They’re now seeking an experienced Finance Associate to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and strategic growth.

About the Role

As the Finance Associate, you’ll take ownership of financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, providing critical insights that help shape business decisions. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, offering trusted advice that balances performance with opportunity.

You’ll be hands-on with financial planning and evaluation, guiding decisions on pricing, tenders, acquisitions and investment opportunities.

You’ll also play a key role in the ongoing ERP implementation, ensuring systems and processes are aligned for accuracy, efficiency and visibility across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead financial analysis, reporting and forecasting, delivering insights that drive business performance.
  • Partner with business leaders on annual budgets, pricing strategies and strategic planning.
  • Evaluate tenders, acquisitions and major initiatives, assessing financial feasibility and return on investment.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, acting as a trusted finance partner and advisor.
  • Champion risk management, compliance and financial governance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within financial systems and processes.
  • Contribute as a member of the Finance Leadership Team, supporting a high-performing, collaborative culture.

About You

You’re a commercially minded finance professional who loves being close to the action. You thrive in fast-moving environments, bring clarity to complexity and have a natural ability to translate numbers into meaningful stories.

Your strengths will include:

  • Experience in financial management, reporting and strategic planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in stakeholder engagement and influencing across teams
  • ERP or system implementation experience (highly regarded)
