What you’ll be doing:
- Answering inbound calls with warmth and professionalism
- Directing calls to the sales or technical teams as needed
- Entering and processing customer orders efficiently
- Providing updates on delivery timelines and PODs
- Answering pricing and stock availability enquiries
- Offering general support across the team when needed
What they’re looking for:
- Someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys helping others
- Great communication and a friendly phone manner
- Confidence working across computer systems and learning new software
- Experience in or exposure to the steel or manufacturing industry is a big plus
