Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with key stakeholders involved in the planning, purchase and maintenance in a range of street and park infrastructure and facilities.
  • Undertake expert project management across the life of the project, dealing with problems by developing innovative solutions and guiding your client to successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on tenders and bids, providing insight based on previous successes and specific industry knowledge.
  • Take on the role of trusted consultant in negotiating each project, combining catalogue and custom designed products to achieve the client brief and exceed user expectations.
  • Contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement initiatives that will continue to propel the company to success for the generations to come.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have enjoyed a successful career in an infrastructure centred role, ideally with project management experience in architectural and / or landscape installations. Direct experience within a local government authority would be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills, with the ability to craft a suite of options and possess the negotiation expertise to guide and direct stakeholders to positive outcomes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate complex information to a range of stakeholders.
  • Proven proficiency with computer systems, ideally with the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. Exposure to MS Office, including Excel and CRM software is essential.
  • Possess the ability to work both autonomously and be a positive and active member of a close knit team.
