Our client is a well-established contract manufacturer known for their quality products, down-to-earth team and genuinely supportive working environment.
They’re looking for an Accounts All-Rounder who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day running of the business. Someone confident with numbers, comfortable juggling different responsibilities and happy to pitch in wherever needed.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing weekly and monthly payroll
- Accounts payable and receivable, including invoice matching and payments
- Generating customer invoices and supporting order processing
- Assisting with profit & loss reporting, payroll tax and month-end tasks
- Working with the warehouse team on packing slips and dispatch paperwork
- Maintaining employee files and award compliance
- Managing WorkCover administration
- Providing sales support, including purchase orders and pricing updates
- General office administration and phone management
- Using Xero to keep everything accurate and running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar accounts all-rounder role
- Confidence using Xero (or similar accounting software)
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- A practical, positive attitude and someone who enjoys helping out
- A team player who takes pride in doing things properly
