Our client is a well-established contract manufacturer known for their high-quality products, strong team culture and supportive environment.
They’re seeking an Accounts All-Rounder who’s as comfortable crunching numbers as they are helping out with day-to-day admin. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork and brings a positive attitude to work, this could be your next great move!
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Manage weekly and monthly payroll
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, matching invoices to purchase orders and processing payments
- Work with the warehouse team to dispatch documents such as packing lists and customer invoices
- Preparing profit & loss and payroll tax reports, and assisting with end-of-month processing
- Maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with Employment Awards
- Managing WorkCover and supporting related administrative requirements
- Generate invoicing for customer orders
- Provide sales support including entering purchase orders and maintaining pricing
- Take charge of general office admin and phone management
- Use your Xero know-how to keep everything running smoothly
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a similar all-round account’s role
- Solid understanding of Xero (or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
- A proactive, upbeat attitude, someone who loves pitching in and getting things done
