Reporting to a supportive National Sales Manager, you will manage and nurture relationships across Independent Hardware, Industrial Resellers and Manufacturers. This is not about chasing titles or climbing a ladder. It’s about owning your territory, being trusted to run it well and being part of a collaborative national team that values experience.
About You
You might be at the stage of your career where you appreciate stability, autonomy and meaningful customer relationships. You know how to have commercial conversations, you manage your time well and you take pride in consistency and follow-through.
Ideally, you bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in Account Management, BDM or Territory Sales (hardware or related products advantageous)
- Proven ability to manage and grow a territory independently
- Strong commercial instincts and sound judgement
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility for occasional overnight travel
