Jen Ramage
Director
Jen’s passion for people started long before Arrow Group Recruitment. It was built through a successful career in sales where relationships were never just transactional, they were personal. That same passion is what led her to co-create Arrow Group. At her core, Jen leads with heart. Every conversation, every placement, every interaction she shows up genuinely. She takes the time to understand, to listen and to make sure both clients and candidates feel supported not just through the process but well beyond it. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her in the kitchen, cooking up something special. It’s her way of bringing people together and much like her approach to recruitment, it’s done with care, energy and a whole lot of heart.
Peter Waldron
Director
Peter’s career in senior leadership has spanned a range of industries, giving him a real, lived understanding of what it takes to build and sustain a successful workplace - the pressure, the challenges and everything in between. At Arrow Group, he brings that experience into every client relationship. For Peter, it’s never just about a resume, it’s about understanding the bigger picture. What success looks like, what matters to the business and who will genuinely add to the team not just fill a seat. He builds strong, trusted partnerships with his clients, taking the time to truly understand their world so he can deliver outcomes that last. Outside of work, that same loyalty carries through. A passionate Carlton supporter, you’ll often find him watching the game or backing his team with the same energy and commitment he brings to his clients every day.
