Arrow Group Recruitment is a team of highly motivated, experienced and knowledgeable individuals. We are passionate about building lasting relationships, delivering effective recruitment solutions and being a little bit unconventional.
Jen Ramage
Jen’s passion for building relationships began during her highly successful sales career. She was able to translate this passion into a vision to co-create Arrow Group in 2011.
Jen’s approach to every interaction is one from the heart. She makes it her personal obligation to ensure clients and candidates feel truly supported through and beyond the entire recruitment process.
When she’s not in the office, Jen loves cooking up a storm in the kitchen. She pours her heart and soul into her food just as much as she does for her clients.
Peter Waldron
Peter’s extensive career in senior management across a variety of sectors means he understands first-hand the pressures and tribulations of maintaining a successful workplace.
He brings his years of experience to his clients at Arrow Group and has great skill in identifying quality candidates that fit perfectly into a workplace’s culture.
Peter is just as passionate about supporting his clients as he is about supporting Carlton Football Club and loves a kick of the football on the weekend.
