Our client is a recognised global sporting brand, built on innovation, quality and a strong performance culture. They are seeking a commercially astute Commercial Manager to join their leadership team and play a key role in shaping financial strategy and business growth.
About the Role
This is a true business partnering role, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence key commercial decisions.
You will lead financial planning, analysis and reporting, providing insights that support performance, identify opportunities and guide strategic direction. With exposure across pricing, tenders, investment decisions and business initiatives, you will be central to how the organisation continues to grow and evolve.
There is also involvement in a significant ERP implementation, where you will contribute to improving systems, processes and overall financial visibility.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with senior leaders on strategic planning and commercial decisions
• Evaluate tenders, acquisitions and investment opportunities
• Provide clear, actionable insights to support business performance
• Strengthen financial governance, risk management and compliance
• Contribute to ERP implementation and continuous process improvement
• Build strong relationships across the business as a trusted advisor
About You
You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys being embedded in the business and influencing outcomes.
You bring a balance of analytical capability and strong stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights.
Your background will include:
• CA or CPA qualification
• Experience in financial management, reporting and planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Proven ability to partner with and influence stakeholders
• Exposure to ERP or system implementations (advantageous)
• A proactive, collaborative and growth-oriented mindset
