About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first WHS Coordinator. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to person when it comes to safety, injury management and wellbeing.
Your role is all about making sure their people are safe, supported and confident in the workplace, whether it’s helping someone return to work after an injury, running a toolbox talk or guiding teams on WHS best practice.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate workplace injuries and develop practical, tailored return-to-work plans
- Build strong relationships with WorkCover agents, consultants and health professionals
- Coach and support managers on safety and wellbeing processes
- Create and deliver engaging toolbox talks, inductions and training sessions
- Carry out audits, investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in WHS and injury/return-to-work coordination
- Cert IV in WHS and/or RTW accreditation (highly regarded)
- Great attention to detail and confident Microsoft Office skills
- A natural communicator who can influence and build trust at all levels
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine care for people’s wellbeing
- Current driver’s licence
