What you’ll be doing:
- Support the sales team across your region and help deliver the company’s sales goals
- Look after key customers, making sure they’re well-supported and kept in the loop
- Develop account plans and spot new opportunities to grow sales
- Negotiate deals, follow through on contracts and make sure everything runs smoothly
- Work closely with the Sales Manager on national accounts
- Jump on new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Share updates and ideas in quarterly sales meetings where your input will be valued
What we’re looking for:
- Proven success in sales or account management within tools, hardware or trade supplies
- A self-starter who’s organised, motivated and great with people
- Strong communicator who can build trust and long-term relationships
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team but is just as comfortable working independently
