About the Company

The Role
This isn’t just another transactional role, it’s a position where you’ll make a real impact. You’ll be the go-to person for Accounts Receivable while also providing valuable support across Accounts Payable and general administration.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Raise and issue invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
- Process payments and keep customer accounts up to date.
- Build strong relationships with clients while following up on overdue invoices.
- Reconcile accounts and contribute to financial reporting.
- Work closely with the finance team to resolve queries.
- Lend a hand with administrative and customer service support duties.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also enjoys being part of a team:
- Experience across Accounts Receivable and general admin (Accounts Payable exposure is a bonus).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Great Plains (or similar).
- A proactive, adaptable attitude and the ability to meet deadlines with ease.
