We’re searching for a Business Development Manager to lead the charge in growing a Modular Belting & Components portfolio. This newly created role offers you the platform to shape, influence and drive real outcomes across Australia’s industrial and manufacturing landscape.

What you’ll be doing
- Identifying & developing new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships through a solutions-based approach
- Executing short and long-term sales strategies to deliver measurable results
- Working closely with internal teams to provide market insights and influence product direction
- Owning the sales reporting and CRM activity (Salesforce/SAP experience a plus!)
- Delivering training sessions and product knowledge to internal and external stakeholders
- Handling inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction from quote to delivery
- Staying up to date with trends, competitors and innovations to keep a step ahead
What makes you a stand-out
- Experience in modular products (belts/chains) or similar industrial sales
- Background in capital equipment or OEM solutions, preferred
- Engineering knowledge or qualifications highly regarded
- Confident communicator who can influence and lead
- Strong planner with a track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
- Financially astute and commercially minded
- Team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
