We’re partnering with a well-established global hardware business to find a proactive and organised Internal Sales Executive based in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

This is a key role within the team supporting sales activity, coordinating orders and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery.

The Role

Working closely with the Sales Manager and BDM, you’ll be the central link between customers, sales, warehouse, and internal teams making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager & BDM with new business and existing accounts
  • Process customer orders, coordinate schedules and manage delivery timelines
  • Prepare shipping documentation and ensure order accuracy
  • Manage customer enquiries, feedback and follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Liaise with warehouse, procurement and QA to keep orders on track
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on outcomes
  • Assist in managing customer projects and tracking progress
  • Monitor customer payments and support Accounts Receivable
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality compliance
