We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to join a recognised leader in vehicle mobility solutions. This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, opening doors and creating long-term partnerships that drive real business growth.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing tailored client solutions and managing the sales process from prospecting through to implementation. Alongside winning new business, you will also manage and grow a small portfolio of existing accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.

This opportunity suits someone who thrives on momentum, enjoys working autonomously and genuinely loves building strong client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and converting new business opportunities
  • Building and nurturing profitable client relationships
  • Developing strategic sales plans and maintaining a strong pipeline
  • Presenting tailored proposals and negotiating commercial outcomes
  • Identifying market opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Maintaining accurate activity through Salesforce CRM
  • Delivering exceptional service and communication to clients

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset
  • The ability to work autonomously in a field-based environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and commercial acumen
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
