Our client is a successful Australian business experiencing continued growth both locally and internationally. They are now seeking an experienced Accounts Payable All-Rounder to join their friendly and collaborative finance team.
This is a hands-on role offering plenty of variety across Accounts Payable, Payroll Support and administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in multiple areas of the business.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the wider finance team, your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
- Process incoming invoices in an accurate, timely manner
- Assist with cash flow and payments of accounts as required.
- Assisting with payroll support and general finance administration
- Handling account queries and providing internal support across the business
- Assisting with day to day administration duties as required
About You
You are someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in your work and genuinely likes being part of a team environment.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll Support
- Experience using ERP systems such as Business Central or similar
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A proactive, adaptable and team-focused approach
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with ease
