Some Account Management roles are transactional. This one is built around genuine partnerships, long-term relationships and creating real value for customers. Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key clients within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management with commercial outcomes and genuinely takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

About the role

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth across existing accounts.

The role will include:

  • Managing key customer relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Leading contract renewals, pricing reviews and negotiations
  • Developing account plans and customer reporting
  • Monitoring customer performance and service delivery standards
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure positive client outcomes
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Preparing reports and insights using Salesforce, QLIK and customer data tools
  • Attending industry events, conferences and networking opportunities

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience within car rental, fleet, mobility, travel or related industry
  • Strong B2B relationship management experience
  • Proven ability managing contracts and commercial discussions
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to build trust and long-term partnerships
  • Confidence working with reporting, CRM systems and customer insights
