Partnering their clients to provide visually appealing and technologically advanced lighting solutions, this progressive company is in an exciting growth mode.  With an established client base covering private companies and government entities the scope of their work ranges from the bespoke order through to major projects.  With opportunities in abundance, they are seeking to appoint equally an Account Manager to drive business success in the NSW market.

Supported by a highly credentialed Sales Management team, your role will be client focussed and will include:

  • Identification of key project opportunities across the product range and working with a consultative approach to deliver valued added solutions to new and existing clients
  • Managing client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project, from concept through to final installation
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline with a health spread of short, medium and long term projects
  • Actively engage key stakeholders (internal & external though effective communication and timely reporting
  •  Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Maintain industry knowledge and an understanding of all relevant codes and standards
  • Represent the company at key industry events, trade displays and conferences.

The successful applicants will:

  • Have practical Account Management experience in commercial lighting, architecture & design or engineering, ideally backed by formal qualifications in a related discipline
  • Be solutions focussed with the ability to negotiate outcomes inline with business objectives and client timelines
  • Thrive in a highly competitive and continuously evolving environment
  • Be seeking a challenging and rewarding career and is not prepared to settle for second best.
