National Sales Manager

Changing the landscape for quality products and excellent customer service, this established and highly regarded company offers a comprehensive range of solutions for the hospitality sector.  With exciting plans for future growth, they are seeking a creative and inspiring individual to drive success across the sales team.

In a role reporting directly to the owner, your role will include:

  • Inspiring, mentoring and providing day to day management of an established and diverse sales and customer support teams
  • Identifying growth opportunities and developing an innovate strategy to increase market share and profitability
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team to set sales targets, manage sales budgets and providing regular reports
  • Setting sales quotas and assigning territories to maximise sales growth and match team capacity
  • Personal management of your own Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients
  • Recruit, mentor and train new staff as appropriate
  • Proactive monitoring and reporting  on industry trends and competitor activities.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 10 years prior sales management experience, ideally in hospitality or related sectors
  • Be a successful sales leader with a creative flair and a genuine passion for driving successful sales teams
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills , covering both written and verbal formats
  • Be an inspiring leader with the insight to identify and develop individual strengths and capabilities
  • Manage your own account portfolio, exceeding growth targets and profit margins
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical prowess, backed by astute commercial acumen and sharp negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Software and related sales reporting tools.

Although not critical, tertiary qualifications in commerce, business or a related discipline would be highly regarded.
